Overall a good value. A lovely location and good facilities. It was also helpful having a bike shop on site.

I really enjoyed the location of the property and the grounds.

They only provided a single key for entry, and it was a hard key rather than a key card. This lead to difficulty when my partner wasn’t in the room and I went to the reception to get access. They gave me a bit of a hard time, but Relinquished and gave me the emergency key for entrance. This seems unnecessary. They really should have a system where it more than one key is available to the guests if they requested

Great decor, sun, fun, friends and non-stop entertainment

The decor was fab, the kids' entertainment was nonstop, and my daughter had the best time, met friends, and got engaged with the evening activities. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Nothing was an issue, and they always had a smile on their faces. The room was perfect, lots of room. My mum who is nearly 80 found the lifts, lack of steps really great, she could get away easily and without a worry of falling over.

would be great to have a kitchenette to cooks small meals, chopping board, knives, forks and plates.

Perfect family holiday! Just book it !

Everything! Such a little gem of a hotel, was quiet, clean, modern and the most spacious comfortable family room, food was lovely too. we stayed in block 6 and was spoilt for choice for sunbeds around the smaller pool, kids loved it! We would 100% return.

Slightly out of puerto Pollença but an easy bus ride, kids pools would recommend swim socks/ shoes as for some reason both my girls got sore feet but easily solved with shoes/socks.

Incredible place at that price. We all loved it. Very nice for young children. The food was decent. We all found it very good.

Nothing that I didn't like. Except the location- which is quite far. But I get it and it was OK as we had a car with us to travel.

Can’t fault this place- stunning property, food, staff, entertainment and location. Highly recommend renting a car to explore the area. I loved the location as it’s away from the hustle and bustle and the amenities are so good the kids loved it. The entertainment crew were so kind and friendly. 2 adults plus toddler

Staff were amazing and very good with our toddler. Facilities were great, and our wee boy loved the kids' entertainment. There were plenty of food options for adults and children. We had a fabulous stay here!

The location was a 20-minute walk to the main town, and we would have preferred to be a little closer.

Excellent few days - very relaxing

Excellent facilities for a 2 year old - kids pool was ideal and safe. Sun beds were readily available whenever we needed them. Rooms were great very clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast and evening meals were very good well stocked and replenished timely.

would definitely return, perfect for families, we had a hire car and would strongly suggest getting one as hotel is out

room was fantastic, with a brilliant outdoor area which was a surprise, staff were super friendly, especially Samantha on reception, shop was well stocked and pools were greets just to cold at the moment.

paper thin walls, had a lot of sleepless nights sure to this, location of plug sockets in room, the only mirror was in the hallway and the only socket was in the kitchen, dirty bed linen on the bed.

Very Good

Nice spacious room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

No road for the pedestrians from the hotel to the nearby village. You can walk on the bike path but it's not very safe considering the amount of the race bikes on the roads.

Fabulous hotel and best holiday time you can imagine.

The food was fantastic. Fresh and tasty, with a diversity of choices. On-the-spot cooking of meat and fish, perfect. Sushi one day was excellent. Very good wines (for additional cost). Very nice and discreet personnel, always ready to help. Very helpful and competent bicycle staff. Great suite with a nice view and all commodities, cleaned almost every day. Very satisfied with the hotel!

There is no beach directly near to the hotel. You need to go with bus - around 15 minutes (busstop 100 m away) to excellent Alcudia beach or to Pollenca harbour - there it was also possible to take a 30-minute walk. Evening entertainment was best for children, less suited for adults. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for water (there was only bottles water available). But the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

An attractive, large resort outside of Port de Pollença with friendly staff and a large cafeteria.

The room was spacious, attractively decorated and furnished with quality furniture with a sliding glass door to a balcony; the bathroom was likewise spacious with a small window. The spa/sauna was comfortable for afternoon unwinding.

The resort is located a few kilometers south of town, so visiting anything (restaurants, beach, shops) beyond the resort requires driving or cycling. The cafeteria offers a wide selection for breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately little local cuisine. The internet was stable in my room, but spotty around the resort.
